Small changes to the vary DPS application form

The Licensing Act 2003 (Premises licences and club premises certificates) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 will come into force on 23 March 2018.

These regulations amend previous legislation and replace the application form that is completed to vary the Designed Premises Supervisor (DPS). The minor amendments are to the guidance notes including changes to the immigration offences and also how to notify the outgoing DPS of the application.
