Sophie Ward

Summary

Sophie is a commercial property solicitor at Napthens, based in the Kendal office.

She has a range of experiencing representing both individuals and small to medium sized enterprises in the sale and purchase of property for investment.She also acts for institutional lenders offering advice to lenders, vendors and purchasers on the real-estate aspects of any given transaction.

She began her career working in politics, following which, she began her legal career representing all major banking establishments in legal proceedings heard before the County Court.

Whilst undertaking her training contract, Sophie achieved a place on the Deans List and was presented with awards for both Outstanding Achievement in Professional Conduct and Solicitors Accounts and subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in 2021, specialising in commercial property matters.
