Shelly is a licensed conveyancer in our Preston office. She guides and assists buyers through the course of purchasing their newly built properties and undertakes the necessary associated legal work.

Background

Shelly started off her career in Conveyancing as a Legal Secretary in 2004. She quickly progressed to be a Conveyancing Assistant where it became clear that she was capable of fully understanding the conveyancing process and able to take on responsibility for more complicated legal tasks. Shelly therefore became a trainee Residential Conveyancing Executive in 2014 and started opening files of her own. Shortly afterwards, she decided to study to become a qualified Licensed Conveyancer. Kelly spent approximately four years undertaking study via distance learning, in her own time. She finally qualified as a Licence Conveyancer in April 2022 and has been working in Residential Conveyancing ever since.
