The Employment team at regional law firm Napthens has been boosted with a number of promotions including Kimberley Barrett-St.Vall who has been made partner.

Charlotte joined the team in 2012 and acts on behalf of clients for issues including disciplinary and grievance processes, sickness absence and Employment Tribunal claims.
Chris Boyle, head of the Employment team at Napthens, said: “The promotions come at a time when the department is experiencing real growth thanks to the success of HR3, our employment law retainer service.
“HR3 has proved a real benefit for many of our clients, and these promotions reflect how highly we value the expertise and support Kimberley, Louise and Charlotte provide.”
