Blackpool property team expands at Napthens

The Blackpool & Fylde office of Lancashire law firm Napthens has expanded its team with the appointment of Carrie Ball.

Carrie joins the Residential Property department as a conveyancing executive, and is re-joining the firm after having previously spent ten years working for Cuddy Woods and Cochrane, which merged with Napthens in 2007.

A highly experienced conveyancer, Carrie deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold purchases and sales, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.

Carrie, who lives on the Fylde Coast, is the latest appointment to Napthens’ growing Residential Property team, following the appointments in the summer of Jayne Cassidy, Lisa Brown and Claire Ryles.

Martin Long, head of Napthens’ Blackpool office, said: “There has been significant demand for our conveyancing services in Blackpool and The Fylde, and Carrie brings more than a decade of experience to the team.

“A long-term resident of the area, who has worked in the property market since she left school, Carrie will be a key part of the property team with an enviable knowledge of the area.”
